Audiovisual Potluck

It’s Audiovisual Potluck time! This edition is split into two fun-packed evenings, led by artists Iver Kim and Ardemar. The event brings together a workshop on Mandelbulb3D, a networking potluck, and an audiovisual jam session. It’s your chance to explore almost magical audiovisual techniques, share ideas, and connect with fellow creatives!

Day One (February 20th) kicks off with a potluck meal, where you can meet and get inspired by fellow creatives. Then, we’ll dive into a step-by-step tutorial on Mandelbulb3D, a software for crafting stunning 3D fractals. After the tutorial, you’ll have the chance to work on an assignment for the next session, and get creative with what you’ve learned.

Day Two (March 4th) also starts with having a nice meal together. After that we’ll be looking at the assignments from the previous session. You’ll then have more time to experiment with Mandelbulb3D in a jam/creative session. Collaborate with others and push your creations even further, as we continue to explore the fascinating world of 3D fractals. The day wraps up with a nice after-talk, keeping the creative flow going in a relaxed atmosphere.

Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this meetup is open to anyone with an interest in audiovisual art. Bring a laptop running Windows 10 or 11 (Mac users can use Bootcamp). Join for one day or both; let's create, share, and learn together!
